The Peninsula Tokyo is the only hotel that is directly operated by the head office among other internationally recognized hotels, and mainly targets international customers. Joining an official employee of The Peninsula family will give me a pride and a motivation to clearly plan my career path in the future.
In addition, The Peninsula Tokyo is the only hotel that is building its own property from the ground floor after seeking the locaiton for ten years. This operational philosophy impressed me a lot, and is different from other international hotels. I could feel how much effort HSH has put into The Peninsula Tokyo prior to the opening in Tokyo. Therefore, I am proud of starting my career with The Peninsula Tokyo.
