オペレーションズ/コンプライアンス部門を志望する理由は自分の興味が活きるのではないかと考えたからです。現在私は法学部に在籍しており、中でもゼミであらゆる法律の基礎となる民法の契約について深く学習しています。また、リスクマネジメントについての英語講義も受講しており、外国人講師からリスクについて学んでいます。会社のパートナーになる仕事をしたいと考えて金融業界の研究を進める中で、バックオフィスの存在を知り、自分が現在大学で学習している知識が活きるのではないかと考えました。法律もリスクマネジメントも座学で学ぶだけでは限界があるため、実際に経験を通して自分の知識がどの程度活きるのかあるいは活きないのか身をもって知りたいです。金融業界の中でオペレーションズ/コンプライアンス部門がインターンシップの募集をしているのは稀であり、以上の理由から志望させていただきます。
I couldn’t improve my student‘s test score and ,consequently, he has left the cram school. I has worked part-time as a teacher in the cram school for three years. At my first year, I just absorbed in archiving my duty and failed. I didn’t take much attention to the fact that every students had different problems and their needs were also different. In order not to fail again, I tried to understand what is needed. From students, the improvement of test score is needed. In addition to that, from my employee, increasing of the number of students is needed. I thought filling both needs was required of me and changed my attitude. The next year, I succeeded in improving my students test score in ten point by creating original curriculums for them. Also, I made them pass the entrance exam. Besides, I contributed to get new five students in a month by taking charge of their trial lessons. I could get high reliability both from my employee and students by clarifying my purpose. From this experience, I have always tried to think of needs before taking actions. I believe this bring me more success in the future.
