I keep in mind that I consider about other’s personality and values before interacting to make interpersonal communication smooth in my daily life. I believe that deep bonds of trust are essential to make communication smooth. From my experiences of interviews as a writer and team-management as a leader of a chorus club and a seminar group, I realized that people especially trust those who show their understanding and empathy with their own values and ways of thinking. In my daily life, I observe others behavior, clothing and a single word to find out what their character is like before having deep communication or conversation, so that I can show we have some things in common. This also makes them tell more about their feelings and values, which establishes trust and make our communication smoother.
