UBS証券の夏インターン体験記(ウェルス・マネジメント本部)_No.5101

英語力向上に力を入れた。大学1年生では、TOEIC〇〇〇点で、英語を話す機会というのが無く苦手意識があった。そこで、2年次から〇〇〇〇〇〇に入り、留学経験のある仲間と英語でのディスカッションを行った。他にも、合計2年間で〇〇〇〇〇〇を読み、映画での英語学習やアクセントの強化を行った。さらに、自信で〇〇〇〇〇〇に入会し、週3回以上ネイティブから英会話を学んだ。結果として、現在TOEIC〇〇〇点を取得し、〇〇〇〇〇〇のスピーキングテストでは10段階中4から8まで上達し、「職場で英語を使って、外国人の同僚とコミュニケーションが取れる」レベルまで英語力を向上させることが出来た。

In high school, I belonged to the soccer club 〇〇〇 Youth, and when I was in the first grade, I was in the bottom of the three teams. So I felt inferior in his basic ability and started to improve it. I increased his value by having trainers individually train one hour of core training every day for three years, and by doing voluntary training in the park for more than two hours without fail. In the second year, although no results were obtained, I caught myself growing little by little and continued to make efforts without compromising at all. As a result, I won the starting lineup of the TOP team at the 〇〇 tournament in the third year of high school. At your company, I will utilize our strengths, strive to build relationships of trust with our customers, and continue our efforts to enhance our expertise in AFP and CFP without compromising.

一貫性のあることを意識した。また結論ファーストで述べることを意識した。そして、英語でのエントリーシートは先生や教授にも添削していただき何度も書き直した。

オリジナルのため特になし。スピード感が求められる。

SPIと玉手箱の対策をしていれば特に問題はないだろう。難しいが、足切りと考えているため、最高点を目指す必要は無いと考える。

証券会社で求められるタフさや、厳しさに耐えれるエピソードを持ってくるといいと感じた。周りもガツガツしている人が多く、そこに合わせるといいと考える。
