投資銀行部門については、日本企業の経営を支え経済発展に貢献したいため、また、責任感と緊張感のある環境に身を置きたいため、志望する。１点目については、ゼミ活動を通し、この日本経済に危機感を持つと共に、今経営に求められているのは革新であると感じた。オープンデーや他社でのインターンを経て、資金調達やＭ＆Ａはこの課題の解決策だと考え、惹かれている。２点目については、日本経済を支える人材としていち早く成長するため、責任感と緊張感に触れたいと思っている。全国大会でのソロ歌唱等の経験から、私にとって責任感と緊張感は最大の成長の糧であると感じ、世界トップの実績を誇る貴社で経験を積みたい。
My strength is perseverance, which motivates me even in adversity and never lets me compromise in any situation.
In the recruiting project of my seminar group, I led it as the executives. Although many members were not eager, I planned events to get close each other as friends in order to be cohesive. As a result, we attained 40 applicants, 4 times as capacity, which was the most ever.
When I was in the middle school, I got the gold prize of the national chorus competition. Even though I experienced frustration in a contest in the summer and I had to prepare for the entrance examination, I continued acting as the leader of soprano and a solo singer in the national competition in the fall.
These experiences told me that I could feel great satisfaction only after overcoming hard situations, so I believe that my advantage is perseverance.
